Processing Time

All orders are processed and shipped within 24–48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.


Shipping Times


  • Orders ship from our U.S. warehouse.
  • Standard delivery typically arrives within 3–7 business days.
  • Delivery times may vary depending on carrier delays, weather, or holidays.



Shipping Costs


  • Free standard shipping is automatically applied to all U.S. orders over $30.
  • Orders under $30 pay a flat shipping rate calculated at checkout.



Carriers & Tracking

We ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on your location. A tracking number will be provided once your order has shipped so you can monitor delivery.

Eligibility


  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging to qualify for a return.
  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
  • Opened products are not eligible for return due to health and safety standards.



Refunds


  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you and issue a refund to your original payment method.
  • Sale items are eligible for refunds under the same conditions as regular-priced items.



Exchanges

We do not offer product-for-product exchanges. If your order was fulfilled incorrectly (wrong item sent), please contact us and we will make it right at no cost to you.


Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

Lost or Damaged Packages

Frame Naturals is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged once they are in the hands of the carrier. If this occurs, please file a claim directly with the shipping carrier. We’ll assist where possible to help resolve the issue.
